Build with our team
We build it with you. You pay after you accept it.
Some agents need more than the visual builder: a connector to an old ERP, careful testing on thousands of real documents, or engineers who sit with your team for a few months. The Code Colonies AI team builds these on AksharAI.

In short
What does a custom AksharAI build cost?
The Code Colonies AI team builds custom agents, connectors and applications on AksharAI at INR 199 (USD 2) an hour, with a 150 hour minimum. There is no advance: you pay after you accept the work, on the terms Code Colonies sets out at 2good.dev.

What we build
The work that needs engineers
The visual builder covers most agents. These are the parts where an engineer earns the hours.
Connector
Custom connectors
Tally, SAP Business One, older on premise ERPs, hospital systems and in house databases.
Agent
Agents for hard tasks
Document extraction, matching and checking work tuned on your real cases, with the failure cases written down.
Application
Full applications
Screens, logic and agents together, for a process your team runs every day.
Deployment
Private deployments
Installing and running AksharAI in your cloud or on your servers, with models you host.
Evaluation
Testing and evaluation
Test sets from your own past cases, so you know how the agent performs before you rely on it.
Handover
Handover and training
Documentation and sessions so your team can run and change what we built.
Three ways to work
Pick the model that fits the work
O2E
Output based
When you can describe the result up front. A signed specification says what done means, and you pay after you accept the output.
FDE
Forward deployed
When the problem is still being worked out. Our engineers and strategists work inside your team, close to the people and the data.
TSE
The startup engine
For founders building an AI product who want a technical partner who builds alongside them.
How a build runs
From brief to accepted work
- Step 1ScopeA working session on the process, the systems and the limits
- Step 2SpecifyA written list of what the work must do and how you test it
- Step 3Build and testBuilt on AksharAI, weekly demos on your real cases
- Step 4Accept and payYou check it against the list, then pay
Questions
About building with us
What does pay after acceptance mean in practice?
We agree in writing what the work must do and how you will check it. We build it, you test it against that list, and you pay once you have accepted it. Nothing is paid in advance.
Why a 150 hour minimum?
It is roughly the smallest piece of work that gets an agent properly connected, tested on your real cases and handed over. Smaller tasks usually fit inside the platform plans.
Who owns what we build?
The agreement sets this out before work starts. As a rule, your data, your configurations and the work built for you are yours, and the AksharAI platform itself stays ours.
Can your people work inside our team?
Yes. Under the forward deployed model, our engineers and strategists join your team's routines, sit with the people who do the work, and build alongside them.
See it on your work
Bring one slow, repetitive process. We will show you an agent doing it.
A working session with someone who builds these every week.

- Step 1A short call about one process and the systems involved
- Step 2A demo of an agent working on a version of your task
