Less time hunting for context, more time with customers.

Sales and channel teams spend a large share of the week gathering facts they already own: last orders, open quotes, pending payments. AksharAI agents gather and draft, and the rep or manager decides what goes out.

The work today

What slows sales teams down

Context lives in five places

Orders sit in Tally, notes in the CRM, the price list in an Excel file and the last conversation on a rep's WhatsApp. Preparing for one dealer visit means asking three colleagues.

Proposals start from an old file

Reps copy last quarter's proposal, change the name and miss the clause that changed. Managers find the old scheme rate after the customer has seen it.

Follow ups slip

A rep promises a revised quote by Friday, then spends Friday on the road. Nobody notices until the customer calls the competitor.

Handover starts from zero

When a rep changes territory, years of relationship history leave with them, because most of it was never written down in one place.

The decisions that stay with your team

  1. Every message to a customer

The copilot drafts. The rep reads, edits and sends. Nothing reaches a customer in the rep's name without the rep pressing send.

  2. Discounts and credit terms

Anything outside the approved price list or scheme goes to the sales manager, because those are commercial decisions with margin attached.

  3. Changes to CRM records

Suggested updates to stage, value or contact details wait for the account owner to confirm, so the pipeline report stays trustworthy.

Questions

From sales teams

Will the copilot contact customers on its own?

Not unless you decide it should, and for most sales teams we advise against it. The usual setup has the copilot drafting and the rep sending.

We use Zoho CRM and Tally. Is that enough?

Yes. Those two cover most of what a brief needs: orders and dues from Tally, contacts and notes from Zoho. We connect both during setup and test the brief on your real accounts.

Can reps use it from the field?

Yes. It can run as a mobile web app or inside WhatsApp, so a rep can ask for a brief in the car or dictate notes after a visit.

How do we stop it quoting an old rate?

The copilot quotes only from the price list and schemes you mark as current, and it names the version it used. Someone on your team owns that list and updates it.
