Copilot · Sales and channel teams

Gets a rep ready for the next meeting from the records you already keep.

The sales copilot pulls a customer's orders, open quotes and past notes into one short brief before a call or visit. It drafts follow up messages and proposals for the rep to check, edit and send.

Sales copilot

  • Meeting dealer D-104 in Pune at 4 pm. What should I know?

  • Last order 12 Aug 2026, 140 cartons. INR 2.3 lakh outstanding, 18 days past due. They asked about the festive scheme on 2 Sep. One open complaint on a damaged delivery, still with logistics.

  • Draft a festive scheme offer for 200 cartons.

  • Draft ready using the approved Diwali 2026 scheme: 4% off on 200 cartons, delivery by 20 Oct. The extra 1% they asked for last time is outside the scheme, so I have left it out.

  • Draft saved. Send it yourself, or ask your manager to approve a change.

How it is done today

The work before the agent

Before a dealer visit, a rep scrolls through CRM notes, asks the accounts team for outstanding balances on WhatsApp and digs out last quarter's price list from email. Half of that history lives in one person's head. When the rep changes territory, the next person starts almost from zero.

What the sales copilot takes on

  1. Meeting briefs

Before a visit, it gathers recent orders, pending payments, open complaints and the last three conversations into a one page brief the rep can read in the car.

  2. Follow up drafts

After the meeting, the rep speaks or types a few lines and the copilot drafts the email or WhatsApp message, with the agreed quantities and dates filled in.

  3. Proposal first drafts

It builds a quote or proposal from your approved price list, schemes and templates, and marks anything outside the standard terms for a manager to look at.

  4. Answers about your own data

Reps can ask plain questions, such as which dealers in Nashik have not ordered since July, and get a list drawn from the CRM and ERP.

How the work moves

A typical piece of work, stage by stage

  1. Step 1Visit bookedCRM or calendar
  2. Step 2Brief gatheredOrders, dues, notes
  3. Step 3Rep meets the dealerDictates a summary
  4. Step 4Draft follow upFrom approved schemes
  5. Step 5Rep sendsManager approves exceptions

Where a person decides

The rep reads every brief and sends every message. Discounts, credit terms and anything outside the approved scheme go to the sales manager for approval, because those are commercial decisions the copilot should not make.

Limits it works within

  • Quotes only from the price list and schemes your team has approved
  • Cannot send messages or change CRM records without the rep confirming
  • Each rep sees only the accounts and territories they are assigned to
  • Says plainly when data is missing or out of date
  • Every brief and draft is logged with the sources it used

Questions

About the sales copilot

Does it replace our CRM?

No. It reads from the CRM and ERP you already use and writes back only when a rep confirms. Your records stay where they are.

Can reps use it on the phone?

Yes. It can run in a mobile web app or inside WhatsApp, so a rep in the field can ask for a brief or dictate notes after a visit.

What if our price list is in Excel?

We connect to the sheet or import it, and agree with you who keeps it up to date so the copilot never quotes an old rate.
