Add AI features to your product and your support desk, without building it all from scratch
Software companies want AI in two places: inside the product their customers use, and inside their own teams for support, sales and internal IT. Building agents, prompts, connectors and logs from scratch takes months. AksharAI gives you those parts, so your engineers spend their time on the product, and your customers' data stays under the controls you promised them.

Where agents help
Five places to start in SaaS and technology
Support ticket triage
Support agentIncoming tickets are tagged, matched to known issues and answered from your help centre where the answer is clear. Bugs and billing disputes go to the right team with context attached.
Embedded copilots in your product
Build an in-app assistant that answers questions from your docs or helps users fill in complex forms, embedded as a widget and white labelled under your brand.
Sales proposal drafts
Sales copilotThe sales team gets a first draft of each proposal from the CRM record, approved pricing and past proposals, and edits it before it goes out.
Contract review support
Legal copilotMSAs and DPAs from customers are compared with your standard terms, and changed clauses are listed for your legal or founder to review.
Internal IT and access requests
IT helpdesk agentLaptop issues, tool access and onboarding requests are logged, routed and followed up, and access changes wait for a manager's approval.

How do I add a bonus to this month's payroll run?
Open Payroll, then Adjustments, and choose One time earning. Pick the employees, enter the amount and save before you lock the run. Source: Help article 'One time earnings'.
The run is already locked.
A locked run can only be reopened by your payroll admin. I have raised a ticket so support can help them.

An example scenario
A Pune HR software company adding an in-app assistant
A payroll SaaS company gets the same how-to questions from its customers' HR teams every month end. Using AksharAI, its engineers build an assistant that answers from the product's help articles, embedded in the app under their own brand. Questions it cannot answer become support tickets. The company reviews unanswered questions weekly and writes new help articles from them.
Illustrative example. It describes no real customer.
Data and rules to respect
- When you process your customers' data, you usually act as a processor under the DPDP Act and under your contracts. The agent must stay within what those contracts allow.
- Customers abroad may expect GDPR or similar terms. Check data flows and model provider locations against what you have signed.
- The CERT-In directions on incident reporting and log retention apply to many technology businesses. Keep agent logs accordingly.
- Keep each customer's data separate. Workspace governance and data permissions stop one tenant's records reaching another's answers.
- TrustOS, the group's DPDP compliance product, can help you track consent and data requests if you do not have a system for it yet.
A plain summary for general guidance. Your counsel gives legal advice and decides how these apply to you.
Questions
From SaaS and technology teams
Can we white label what we build?
Yes. White label deployment lets you ship agents and assistants under your own brand, inside your product or as a separate widget.
Can we choose the model provider?
Yes. AksharAI works with leading providers, such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini, and with open models. Many SaaS teams pick based on their customers' data location needs.
Can your engineers work inside our team?
Yes. Under the FDE model, Code Colonies forward deployed engineers and strategists work with your team on the build. Smaller pieces of work can be bought on 2good terms.
