Answer ten questions about one process you are thinking of giving to an agent. You get a readiness score, the gaps to close first and the next steps we would suggest.
About 3 minutes. Results are indicative.

Could you collect 30 to 50 real past cases with what your team did?
Ownership
Is there a named person who approves this work today?

Answer all ten for a result. The score updates as you go.
A guide to where to focus, scored only from your answers. Not a verdict on your team.
How this works
What the result is based on
Each question covers something that decides whether an agent will work in daily use: how often the task repeats, whether the rules are written down, where inputs come from, how you check the answer, and who approves.
Answers score 0, 5 or 10 points. The score shows where to focus first. It is a guide to preparation and carries no promise about results.
Most processes score in the middle the first time. The gaps it shows are usually fixed in a week or two of preparation, before any build starts.
