Connect agents to the systems where your data and work already live.

Integrations connect AksharAI to your ERP, CRM, accounting software, cloud storage and databases. Agents read what they need and write back only where you allow it, so the work ends up in the systems your team already trusts.

The problem

The answer is spread across five systems

A school group's admissions office runs on a CRM for enquiries, a fee system, a shared drive of scanned documents and a WhatsApp number that parents message at all hours. To answer "is my daughter's application complete?" a counsellor opens three of these and checks by eye. An AI assistant that cannot see those systems can only guess, and a guess is worse than no answer.

What it gives you

Inside integrations

API connectors

Ready connectors for common business tools, and a standard way to add any system with a documented API. Credentials stay encrypted and are never shown to the agent.

ERP and CRM

Read and update records in tools such as Tally, SAP Business One, Zoho CRM and Salesforce, within the permissions you set for each agent.

Cloud storage sync

Keep folders in Google Drive, OneDrive or SharePoint in step with the platform, so agents work from the latest version of each policy, form or scan.

Database adapters

Connect to MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server and similar databases with read only access by default and write access only where a flow needs it.

Messaging and email

Receive and send through WhatsApp Business, email and SMS gateways, so agents meet people on the channels they already use.

Connection health

See which connections are live, when each last synced and which ones failed, with alerts before a broken link turns into a pile of stuck cases.

How it works

The order you work in

  1. Step 1List the systemsName each system the process touches and what the agent needs from it: read, write or both.
  2. Step 2Connect with least accessCreate a service account for each system with only the rights the agent needs, and store its credentials in the platform.
  3. Step 3Map the fieldsMatch fields across systems, such as enquiry ID in the CRM to student ID in the fee system, and test with sample records.
  4. Step 4Watch the connectionsSync status, error counts and last run times appear on one screen, with alerts to the owner of each system.

An example

Admissions status for a school group

The admissions agent reads enquiries from the CRM, checks the shared drive for each required document, and looks up the registration fee in the fee system. When a parent asks on WhatsApp whether the application is complete, the agent answers from those three sources and lists anything missing. It can update the CRM stage to "documents received" but cannot change fees or confirm a seat; a counsellor does that.

An illustrative example with sample data.

Questions

About integrations

What if our system has no API, such as an older Tally setup?

There is usually a way: an export the system already produces, a database view, or a small bridge running on your network. The Code Colonies team builds these on 2good terms, so you pay by the hour after you accept the work.

Does the agent get full access to our systems?

No. Each connection uses its own service account with only the rights you grant, and every read and write is logged.

Does our data leave India?

That depends on where you deploy and which model provider you choose. With private cloud or on premise deployment, data can stay in your environment. We set this out for each project so you can meet your obligations under the DPDP Act.

See it on your work

Bring one slow, repetitive process. We will show you an agent doing it.

A working session with someone who builds these every week.

What happens next

  1. Step 1A short call about one process and the systems involved
  2. Step 2A demo of an agent working on a version of your task
  3. Step 3A clear view of fit, approvals and what it would take
