One place to build AI that holds up in daily use.
Six parts that work together: a builder for the app, logic for the decisions, a studio for the agent, screens for your team, connectors to your systems, and the controls that keep it safe.

In short
What does the AksharAI platform include?
Six parts that work together: an app builder, logic and workflows, an agent studio, a UI designer, integrations with systems such as Tally, Zoho and your ERP, and deployment and governance controls. Every plan includes the full builder, approvals and the activity log, so a person can approve what matters and see every step an agent took.

The six parts
What each part does
Build the application, connect it to your systems and decide how it runs. Each part has its own page with the detail.
Build
Design the application, chain the logic and configure the agent, mostly without writing code.
- App builderThe app builder is where an AI application takes shape: screens, inputs, the steps behind them and what the output looks like. You drag in prebuilt parts, describe rules in plain language, and test with real samples as you go.
- Logic and workflowsLogic and workflows is the engine behind every app and agent: the order of steps, the decisions between them and who gets the work next. You build it from reusable blocks, keep model costs in check and see exactly why each case went where it did.
- Agent studioAgent studio is where you set up an agent: what it knows, what it may do, how it should sound and when it must stop and ask. You test it on real questions in a sandbox and release it only when your team is happy with the answers.
Connect and run
Give people a screen to work in, connect the systems that hold the data, and decide where it all runs and who may do what.
- UI designerThe UI designer gives your AI application a front end your staff can work in all day. You build dashboards, smart forms, filtered tables and panels that sit inside tools people already use, without a separate design and front end project.
- IntegrationsIntegrations connect AksharAI to your ERP, CRM, accounting software, cloud storage and databases. Agents read what they need and write back only where you allow it, so the work ends up in the systems your team already trusts.
- Deployment and governanceChoose where AksharAI runs: hosted, in your private cloud, on your own servers or under your own brand. Then set who can use each agent, what data it may touch, how it speaks and which actions it may take, with a log your auditors can read.
Agent studio
A flow, assembled block by block.
Pick a trigger, add the knowledge it reads, the checks it runs, the approval step and the place the result goes. Each block is visible and editable, so the process owner can see exactly what the agent will do.

App builder
Lay out the app and describe the logic in plain words
Drag in a trigger, a document reader and a review screen. Write "if the rate differs from the PO by more than one rupee, send it to accounts" and the builder turns it into a step you can see and edit.

Chain the steps, route the decisions
Prompt chains break the task into small, testable steps. Decision trees send each case down the right path, and reusable blocks mean the GSTIN check you built once works in every app.

Configure the agent and test it on real past cases
Give the agent its knowledge sources, its triggers and its limits. Then run it against last month's real cases in a test workspace, compare its answers with what your team did, and fix what it gets wrong.

Give your team a screen to work in
Build the dashboard, the review queue and the smart forms people use every day. Tables filter by status, owner and date, and panels can be embedded inside the tools your team already opens.

Delivery
Publish once, answer on every channel
Web, WhatsApp, email and voice all draw on the same agent, rules and run log. You decide which channels each agent may use.

access
Roles and workspaces
Each team builds and sees only its own apps and data. Admins decide who can publish.
approval
Human approvals
Mark any step as needing a person's sign off before the agent acts on it.
log
Activity log
Every run records its inputs, sources, outputs and who approved what.
models
Choice of models
Use leading model providers or open models you host, chosen per application.
channels
Many channels
The same agent can answer on web, mobile, WhatsApp, email, voice or inside another app.
deploy
Deploy where you choose
