Free worksheet
Plan your first agent on paper, before anyone builds.
One process, worked through on a single printable worksheet: where the work arrives, the systems it touches, the checks your team makes, who approves and which personal data it carries. The same questions we ask in a first call.
What it covers
Eight parts, plus the readiness questions
The process
Pick one task that repeats every week and has a result a person can check.
Inputs and channels
List every way the work arrives, including the awkward ones.
Systems
The agent can only check what it can reach. Ask your IT contact how each system can be read.
Rules and checks
Write down how the people who do the work decide. These become the agent's checks.
Where a person approves
Decide what the agent may do alone, what it may draft and what waits for a named person.
Data and the DPDP Act
Personal data in prompts, logs and outputs needs a purpose, minimum fields and a retention period.
Evidence
An agent is judged on your own past work, so collect it before any build starts.
What success looks like
Agree how you will know the agent is worth keeping.
Readiness questions
The ten questions from the agent readiness check, to tick on paper with your team.
- Prints on A4, or saves as a PDF from your browser
- Written for the person who does the work and their manager together
- Bring it to a first call and we review it with you
