Write the answer to a policy question once and stop repeating it forty times a month.

HR teams in growing Indian companies answer leave, payroll and policy questions all day, often on WhatsApp, often after hours. An HR copilot answers from your own policies, and anything personal or sensitive goes to a person.

The work today

What slows HR teams down

The same questions, every day

How many casual leaves are left, when is the payslip out, can I carry forward earned leave. Each answer is in a policy PDF that nobody opens.

New joiners wait for answers

A new engineer in Pune joins on Monday and spends the first week asking where forms are, who approves the laptop and which bank account to share.

Policies differ by site and grade

The leave rules for the Ahmedabad plant are not the same as for the Mumbai office. Generic answers cause more confusion than no answer.

Sensitive data sits in chats

Salary details and medical notes get shared on personal WhatsApp groups because there is no better channel. That leaves personal data exposed and the company carrying the risk.

Where a person approves

The decisions that stay with your team

  1. Anything about pay or deductions

Questions on salary, arrears or deductions are routed to payroll. The copilot can explain the policy but does not discuss an individual's pay.

  2. Exceptions to policy

Extra leave, advance salary or a change in notice period go to the HR manager with the employee's request and the relevant clause attached.

  3. Letters and records

Experience letters, address proofs and record changes are drafted by the copilot and issued only after HR checks them.

Questions

From HR teams

Where do the answers come from?

Only from the policies, handbooks and FAQs you give it, filtered by the employee's site and grade. Each answer names the document and section it used.

Can employees see each other's data?

No. Each employee sees only their own leave balance and records. HR staff see what their role allows, set in the data permissions.

Does it work in Hindi or Gujarati?

Yes, for questions and answers. We test it on the way your staff actually write, including mixed Hindi and English, before launch.

Which HR systems can it read?

Common ones such as Keka, greytHR, Zoho People and Darwinbox through their APIs, or an export your team already produces. We confirm the exact route in the first call.
